Position   LMS Moodle/IOMAD Developer 
Department  Learning & Development   
Reports to   Technical Product Manager, LMS

Role Overview 

The Moodle/IOMAD developer generates ideas and designs the organization’s learning management system. The ideal candidate will have specific experience and strong knowledge managing the Moodle learning management system and its technical capabilities.  

Essential Functions 
  • Developing customized features in IOMAD 
  • Identify the existing features available in IOMAD matching requirements 
  • Integrate the data with CRM 
  • Unit test the feature functionality 
  • Update the status and task hours of user stories in JIRA board  
  • Deliver the committed iteration at the end of every sprint.

Qualifications 
Basic 

  •  At least 3+ years’ experience in LMS Moodle/IOMAD learning management system 
  • Experience administering, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise software applications 
Preferred 

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting open source applications and development methods is strongly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of other learning management systems is preferred.
